Message Overview

Based on admin settings, free users can only send messages from the listing page, meaning they can only message users who have posted a listing.

Messaging Rules:

• Based on the admin settings, users can only send messages from the listing page, meaning they can message users who have posted a listing. They cannot send messages directly from a user's profile page.

• Both free and premium users have a daily messaging limit set by the admin.

• The daily messaging limit counts unique users messaged and is decremented accordingly.

• The messaging limit resets daily via a CRON job.

• If users exceed their daily messaging limit, they must wait until the next day to send more messages.

• Depending on the premium plan settings defined by the admin, or the free settings defined by the admin, premium users and free users may have either a higher message limit or unlimited messages per day.
